I'm beginning to notice a trend...

As I write this, the Indians are once again struggling to score runs, down 5-2 to the Reds. Sigh...What else is new? Laffey pitched well going into the 5th, but how often do our pitchers start out the game well, go into the 5th or 6th inning with zero or 1 run of support, and they give up a 3 run inning? It's basically over at that point, I'm surprised our starting pitching has done so well despite having to walk on egg shells every start. And I would feel better if I knew that our struggles are just because Victor Martinez and Travis Hafner are on the DL, but that isn't the case, we've sucked all year. There is only one explanation I can find for our struggles...

Allison Pucci. She is Derek Shelton's fiance. They were engaged last August, and since the engagement, you all know how the Indians have performed. Allison formerly worked for WTAM 1100, the radio station which broadcasts all of the Indians games. They met while Allison was a co-host on the Mike Trivisonno show, and Shelton would drop by every so often to talk with Mike. Now, what is the solution? Well I'm not creative enough to think of something special to do, so I'll just say this, fire his ass. Get that cursed marriage the hell away from this team (and Cleveland, for that matter...Don't want the curse spreading to the Browns or Cavs). It's a damn shame to have the starting pitching that we do, and to waste it on an almost nightly basis. Just cut him loose, I'm sick of it, you're sick of it, Derek's sick of it. Is there anything more boring than watching a team go out and score 3 runs or less every freaking night? Oh BTW, in the process of writing this post, the Indians fell behind 8-3 now, lol.
